The Contract Settings function on the Settings tab of the Admin Page provides the ability for Administrators to manage the Contract-related settings for various modules and tools within the iSite PMO Portal.


Availability

Users with any of the following Permissions may manage Contract Settings:


Navigation

Admin > Settings > Contract Settings


The Contract Settings menu allows Users to adjust Contract Settings, Contract Roles, and Contractor Settings.


Contract Settings

In the Contract Settings, Users can edit the following: 

  • Contract Number
  • Contract Name
  • Contract Short Name
  • Latest Contract Modification/Revision Number
  • Type of Contract
  • Scope of Work
  • Customer Address

Contract Roles

In the Contract Roles settings, Users can assign the roles of the Contracting Officer, Resource Analyst, and Program Manager. To assign these roles, select the icon located to the right of each assignment to bring up the Select Users menu.

Contractor Settings

The Contractor Settings allows Users to edit the following:

  • Contractor Name
  • Contractor Address
  • Authorized Contract Representative.

To confirm the changes, click Update Settings at the bottom of the page. To discard changes, click Cancel at the bottom of the page.
