During Performance

When importing data during performance, most tables are only imported if changes occur, such as if a new Account Code is added or updated Labor Rates.  The rest of the tables that are normally updated during performance are transactional tables from external systems such as Account Actuals data.

Import Only When Changes Occur

The following tables should ONLY be imported when changes occur and ONLY if the data is maintained external of iSite.

Data in these tables are typically wiped and replaced with new data.

* Tables are only needed if using the iSite Estimating Module

Import on a Recurring Basis

The following tables are considered "transactional" tables and should only be used to import NEW data, i.e. adding records to the tables.

+ This table represents "current state" data.  Historical "point-in-time" data is not supported.  Data should be wiped and reloaded.

Not Recommended for Import During Performance

The following tables are NOT recommended for data imports during performance.  These tables are supported for imports during Phase-In to pre-populate objects that will normally be created and managed within iSite.
