- Estimates +
- Create, Manage and View Workflow Estimates
- Forms

View Any Workflows
The View Any Workflows Permission grants access to the following functions:
- View Workflows regardless if the User is assigned as a Participant or not
- Can also complete Workflow Activities assigned to the User

- View Workflow Attachment Library Folders *
- View Workflow Attachment Library Folder Items *
- Discussion Forums
- View Workflow Discussion Forum Topics
- View Workflow Discussion Forum Topic Replies

* Note that additional security may be placed on Workflow Attachment Libraries, Folders and Items that prohibit users from viewing specific items.
+ Note that access to Module-related information also depends on Module-related Permissions. For instance, you aren't eligible to view Workflow Estimates if you aren't assigned the View Estimates Permission
