Portal Settings
The Portal Settings function on the Settings tab of the Admin Page provides the ability for Administrators to manage the Portal-related settings for various modules and tools within the iSite PMO Portal.
Availability
Users with any of the following Permissions may manage Portal Settings:
Navigation
Admin > Settings > Portal Settings
The Portal Settings are separated into the following sections:
- General
- Support
- Custom Values
- Single Sign-On
- Web Services
General Portal Settings
The General Portal Settings allow Administrators to change the following:
- Portal Name
- Portal Description
- Time Zone
- Option for Enabling Security Trimming on Menus
The General Portal settings.
E-Mail Settings
The E-Mail Settings allow Users to configure:
- Delivery Action for all Portal Emails
- Default URL for Emails.
The Email settings.
Support Settings
The Support Settings allow customization of the Support User Message.
An example of a Help Desk message.
Custom Values Settings
The Custom Values Settings control the Custom Values that you want to use for the File Status of Document Libraries instead of using default values. The default system values are Draft, Final, and Ready for Review.

Single Sign-On Settings
The Single Sign-On Settings control the Single Sign-On functionality within iSite which is used for hosting iSite pages within a SharePoint iFrame. It consists of the following settings:
- Enable Single Sign-On Functionality
- SSO-enabled URL
- Force SSO Users to SSO-enabled URL
- Message Expiration Time
- SSO IP Restrictions

Web Services
The Web Services Setting controls the Web Service Integration functionality within iSite which is used for retrieving information from iSite that is not available via reporting.

To confirm changed settings, click Update Settings at the bottom of the page. To discard changes, click Cancel at the bottom of the page.
