What is a Report Driver?

A Report Driver is used to manage numerical assignment of objects within iSite.  For instance, for Task Order Request Workflows, you may want newly created Tasks to be automatically numbered, rather than manually entered.  To do so, you would create a new Counter object.  After doing so, Task Number assignments will rely on the Counter to assign values.
