The Job Selection Control supports the Timekeeping Modules and allows you to select multiple jobs with varying search criteria and filters.  This control makes it easy to manage disparate jobs all at once rather than making several passes to select jobs in "batches" to perform actions against.


Functions

The following functions are available to the Job Selection Control





Filtering by Job Name

  1. Enter a portion of a Job Name in the Search Text Box.
  2. Click the icon or press the Enter key to execute the search.
  3. Click the icon in the Search box to remove the filter.
  4. Results will be displayed in the Jobs list on the left side of the page.


Filtering by Job Type

  1. Select the desired Job Type filter from the toolbar.
  2. Results will be displayed in the Jobs list on the left side of the page.


Filtering by Job Status

  1. Select the desired Job Status filter from the toolbar.
  2. Results will be displayed in the Jobs list on the left side of the page.


Selecting Jobs

  1. To select Jobs, you will be moving Jobs from the Search Results list to the Selected Jobs list.
    1. To move all Jobs from Search Results list to Selected Jobs list, click the button.
    2. To move selected Jobs from Search Results list to Selected Jobs list, click the button.
    3. To move selected Jobs from Selected Jobs list to Search Results list, click the button.
    4. To move all Jobs from Selected Jobs list to Search Results list, click the button.
  2. When you are finished adding all of the desired jobs to the Selected Jobs list, click the OK button on the toolbar or click the Cancel button to cancel the Job Selection process.
